Very good
The flavor is very strong in intensity and somewhat acidic, it reminds me of green apples a lot. Like the rest of soy proteins, it is very dense, so "pudding" mode is great. Of course, if mixed with fruit, it masks a lot of the flavor precisely because of the intensity of the protein.
