Tired of shakes, lately I add a little skimmed milk, but not too much, you stir it a little and it becomes a kind of cream like a pudding. I add coconut zest and I make the best snack in the world ... without sugar and perfect for after training. I love the vanilla flavor.
Ya cansado de batidos, últimamente le añado un poco de leche desnatada, pero no mucha cantidad, la remueves un poco y se queda una especie de crema como la nocilla. Le añado ralladura de coco y me hago la merienda más buena del mundo... sin azúcar y perfecto para después del entreno. El sabor Vainilla me encanta.

I've been using soy protein isolate for a week now and I'm very happy with the taste although I can't talk about results yet. It gets very thick but with more water it will work out.
