If you are used to soy protein, great. The balance of quality, quantity and price gets a 10/10. Now, if you are used to normal whey protein, I warn you that this protein is much thicker. Using a scoop in dilution to make a shake means that you are going to have a very, very thick shake. The dosage is key and it takes some getting used to and getting used to a new product. On the other hand, I also tell you that for making pancakes, waffles, doughs of any type of recipe that requires more consistency and to make homemade bars, it is the best.
Si estáis acostumbrados a la proteína de soja, genial. El balance calidad, cantidad y precio se lleva un 10/10. Ahora sí, si estás acostumbrado a la proteína de suero de leche normal, te advierto que esta proteína espesa muchísimo más. Usar un cazo en dilución para hacer un batido, supone que vas a tener un batido muy pero que muy espeso. La dosificación es clave y cuesta pillarle el truco y hay que acostumbrarse a un producto nuevo. Por otra parte, también os digo, que para hacer tortitas, gofres, masas de cualquier tipo de receta que requiera algo más de consistencia y para hacer barritas caseras, es de lo mejorcito.
