Magnificent vegetable protein
I purchased this vegetable protein in chocolate and vanilla flavors. Both are very tasty, although the vanilla one does not taste like vanilla but it is very good. I had previously tried pea protein and also whey. Compared to pea, this one nutritionally surpasses it and comes pretty close to the quality of a whey protein. Its quality-price ratio is excellent. Finally, the texture is very pleasant. It is not as "lumpy" as pea protein or as liquid as whey protein, but it acquires a "cakey" texture that I personally like very much.
Adquirí esta proteína vegetal en sabores chocolate y vainilla. Ambas están muy ricas, aunque la de vainilla no sabe a vainilla pero está muy buena.
Había probado anteriormente proteína de guisante y también whey. Comparada a la de guisantes, está nutricionalmente la supera y se acerca bastante a la calidad de una proteína de suero de leche. Su relación calidad-precio es excelente. Por último decir que la textura es muy agradable. No es tan "grumosa" como la de guisante ni tan líquida como la whey, sino que adquiere una textura "pastelosa" que personalmente me agrada bastante.
