Unflavored soy protein. The texture is thicker than whey whey but I like it better, if it is true that it costs more to mix it. Great value for money. Recommended.

Chocolate flavored soy protein. The texture is a little thicker than whey whey but it is one of the things I liked the most, as well as the taste, which is not as sweet as usual. I will definitely continue to use it.
