It works
The days that I have taken it, I have felt less tired, and stronger at the gym. I don't know if it will be more effective than regular caffeine. I only take it on leg days and sometimes on chest day. It had expired on me and I still noticed the effects, maybe if I had taken it earlier it would be even more functional, I don't know.
Los días que lo he tomado, me he notado menos cansado, y con fuerza en el gimnasio. No sé si será más efectiva que la cafeína normal. Sólo la tomo en días de pierna y algunas veces en día de pecho. Se me había caducado y aún así he notado los efectos, quizás si lo hubiese tomado antes sería más funcional aún, no lo sé.

It hasn't kept me awake at night.
I bought it as a substitute for coffee in the morning and even taking an extra coffee has not kept me awake at midday. I have to say that I have been taking it for 3 months.
