Pre-training
It's my best pre-workout, no energy drinks or bullshit, capsule half an hour before training and no more nonsense. It is very noticeable the high that hits but the low is not as sudden as I thought. I recommend it for when there is no time or desire to make coffee.
Es mi mejor pre entreno, ni bebidas energéticas ni chorradas, cápsula media hora antes de entrenar y se acabó la tontería.
Se nota mucho el subidón que pega pero la baja no es tan repentina como creía.
Lo recomiendo para cuando no hay tiempo ni ganas de hacer café.

Perfect for long and boring working days. It helps me stay totally focused, although I would appreciate an even lower concentration. The caffeine bombs that people in the gym world take are usually disproportionate. But it's as effective as it gets.

I bought this for my 18 year old son who is a student. He often sleeps through the night and is out of action the next day, so I got him this to test it out in view of the excellent reviews. Well, I'm not disappointed! Right from the first dose, he saw the effects. It combats his fatigue and makes him more focused. He only takes it when he needs it though.
J'ai acheté ça pour mon fils de 18 ans qui est étudiant. Il lui arrive souvent de faire des petites nuits et donc d'être HS le lendemain, alors je lui ai pris ça pour testé au vu des excellents avis. Et bien je ne suis pas déçu ! Dès la première prise il en à vu les effets. Ca combat sa fatigue et le rend plus -concentré- Il est hyper content. Il n'en prend que quand il à en besoin par contre.
