Very good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Effective for arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma and any other inflammatory condition. Improves digestion by stimulating bile secretion. Improves sugar metabolism. It slows the increase of cholesterol and prevents blood clotting. It shows some ability to inhibit HIV. Acts on precancerous lesions in the mouth by increasing the antioxidant capacity of healthy cells. A great supplement.
