Improved digestion, anti-inflammatory effect and slight antidepressant effect.
Since I have been taking this supplement I notice better digestion (even when I eat very large meals); I also notice an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on the joints, in addition to acting in a coadjuvant and synergistic way with the antidepressant medication I take, collaborating in this antidepressant function. I combine it with HSN's hydrolyzed bovine collagen to increase the beneficial effect on the joints (in this case regeneration).
Desde que tomo este suplemento noto mejores digestiones (incluso cuando hago comidas muy copiosas); tambien noto un efecto analgésico y antiinflamatorio sobre las articulaciones, además, de actuar de forma coadyudante y sinérgica junto a la medicación de antidepresivos que tomo colaborando en esta función antidepresora. Lo combino con el colágeno bovino hidrolizado de HSN para aumentar el efecto beneficioso sobre las articulaciones (en este caso de regeneración).
