Healthy heart
I used it for hypertrophy of the heart. Together with antihypertensives it helped me to thin the thickness of the left ventricular heart muscle wall 2.2 mm in 6 months. It also improves glucose control and helps with anti-aging. A supplement that no one should be without. The maximum dose recommended in scientific studies is 2000 mg per day. Best regards.

Turmeric with pepper is one of my medicines. I have been taking it for years.
I have been taking turmeric for years and I have been taking it from HSN for a long time now, I find it the best. I take it for two months and rest for one month. It is anti-inflammatory and works very well for my crohn's disease.
