Let's see folks. I am reading some opinions regarding the lack of effectiveness as an anti-inflammatory for joint pain. You must understand that curcumin is especially indicated for inflammatory processes at visceral and digestive level. If you want a product for articular level you should think about arnica, devil's claw, cat's claw, shark cartilage, etc. Best regards

Debéis entender que la curcumina está especialmente indicada para procesos inflamatorios a nivel visceral y digestivo. Si queréis un producto a nivel articular debéis pensar en arnica, harpagofito, uña de gato, cartilago de tiburón, etc. Un saludo

Good product
I am consuming this product for the first time with the idea of reducing intestinal and locomotor inflammation in general. I will have consumed approximately half of the bottle and the inflammatory symptoms I can notice have diminished. I think it is too early to give an opinion and I hope to have a more objective criterion perhaps in a couple of months. The format is correct and the dosage is ideal.
Estoy consumiendo este producto por primera vez con la idea de disminuir inflamación intestinal y del aparato locomotor en general. Habré consumido aproximadamente la mitad del bote y los síntomas inflamatorios puedo notar que han disminuido. Pienso que es pronto para opinar y espero tener un criterio más objetivo quizá dentro de un par de meses. Formato correcto y la dosificación es la ideal.

Turmeric has many beneficial properties. Taking it in capsules favors its consumption for people who do not like its flavor, also consuming it in capsules is still more efficient, since you do not eat the same thing every day and it is not always good to add turmeric to everything. Its price is somewhat high, it is the only thing that prevents me from buying it every month, otherwise I would not fail to acquire it.
La cúrcuma tiene multitud de propiedades beneficiosas.
Tomarla en cápsulas favorece su consumo a las personas que no les gusta mucho su sabor, además consumirla en capsulas sigue siendo más eficiente, ya que no se come lo mismo cada día y no siempre queda bien echarle cúrcuma a todo.
Su precio es algo elevado, es lo único que impide que la compre todos los meses, sino no no fallaría en adquirirlo.
