Good

Obviously I don't know if it is protecting me against free radicals. It seems that, in general, coQ 10 has low bioavailability but its price is low. When in doubt you can always take two capsules.

Evidentemente no sé si me está protegiendo contra los radicales libres. Parece que, en general, la coQ 10 tiene baja biodisponibilidad pero su precio es bajo. Ante la duda siempre se pueden tomar dos cápsulas.
