Energy/anti-aging supplement
Coenzyme Q10 has so many qualities that it is one of those things that once you discover it, you feel you need to take it because of how widely present it is in the body's cells. Although it is perhaps best known for its powerful antioxidant, anti-aging and other effects, I take it for its role in energy generation. I cannot speak of results because I have not been taking it for long (I give it 5 stars for its qualities), but I can say that I have not had any gastric or similar problems. As it is soluble in oil, I try to take it with a meal with (healthy) fats, although I don't know if it is necessary. The dosage, amount of pills and price are perfect, and it is only one a day.
La coenzima Q10 tiene tantas cualidades que es de esas cosas que una vez descubres, sientes que necesitas tomar por lo ampliamente presente que está en las células del organismo. Aunque es más conocida quizá por su potente efecto antioxidante, antienvejecimiento y otros, yo la consumo por su papel en la generación de energía. No puedo hablar de resultados porque llevo poco tomándola (le pongo 5 estrellas por las cualidades), pero sí puedo decir que no he tenido el menor problema gástrico ni similar. Como es soluble en aceite, intento tomarla con alguna comida con grasas (saludables), aunque no sé si es necesario. La dosis, cantidad de pastillas y precio son perfectas, y es una sola al día.
