I have been taking this product for many years, and since they have changed the capsules for hard pills, we have noticed that it is no longer as effective, we started to have joint pain again, so we have changed the manufacturer since this one is not effective now. With the new one we started to notice improvement again. I do not recommend it.
Estoy tomando este producto desde hace muchos años, y desde que han cambiado las cápsulas por pastillas duras, hemos notado que ya no es tan efectivo, empezamos a tener otra vez dolor en las articulaciones, así que hemos cambiado de fabricante ya que este ahora no es efectivo. Con el nuevo empezamos otra vez a notar la mejoría. No lo recomiendo.
