It works!
I bought it without expecting too much, but just to try it because the reviews I read were good and the truth is that it has surprised me a lot because I have been taking it for a few weeks along with HSN collagen and the joint pains I had in my hips have improved a lot. I highly recommend it! The size of the pills is huge, like a paracetamol 500mg or 1gr, it is difficult to swallow.
Lo compré sin esperar demasiado, pero por probar ya que las opiniones que leí eran buenas y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido muchísimo porque llevo unas semanas tomándolo junto al colágeno de HSN también y los dolores articulares que tenía en las caderas han mejorado mucho. Lo recomiendo! Eso sí, el tamaño de las pastillas es enorme, como un paracetamol 500mg o 1gr, es difícil de tragar.

I have taken it together with magnesium for a while and it helped me with joint pains and things like that, I really recommend it (if they don't inflate the prices which lately have had me unhappy I recommend it 100 %, take it for a while if you have pains or weaknesses in joints, etc, together with magnesium/collagen and then rest from taking it until you need it some time later (if you need it).
Lo he tomado junto con magnesio un tiempo y me ayudaron con dolores de articulaciones y cosas así, la verdad lo recomiendo (si no inflan los precios que últimamente me han tenido descontento lo recomiendo al 100, tomarlo un tiempo si tienes dolores o debilidades en articulaciones, etc, junto al magnesio/colageno y luego descansar de tomarlo hasta que lo necesites un tiempo despues (si lo necesitas)
