The truth is that I have only used it 3 days with the doses recommended and I have felt good in joint pain I do not know if it is coincidence could be although I have used more glutamine 1000 + collagen, about what worries me is the phosphorus was not mandatory to add phosphorus as in the diet of the athlete is always in excess in most cases. The phosphorus is present in many foods especially in nuts oats and foods that we consume regularly if we add more multivitamin that I take if this in excess and its excess would give its negative effects, on its effectiveness is good.
La verdad que solo lo he usado 3 días con las dosis que recomiendan y me he sentido bien en el dolor articular no se si es casualidad podría ser aunque he usado mas glutamina 1000 + colágeno, sobre lo que me preocupa es el fosforo no era obligatorio que añadan fosforo ya que en la dieta del deportista siempre esta en exceso en la mayoría de los casos. El fosforo esta presente en muchos alimentos sobre todo en los frutos secos avena y alimentos que consumimos habitualmente si añadimos mas multivitamínico que yo tomo si esta en exceso y su exceso daría sus efectos negativos, sobre su efectividad es buena.
