A must-have.
I have been taking this product for years and will continue indefinitely with this combination. My knees look 20 years younger since the month I started taking it. I have reconstruction of one of them with 2 bone grafts and several screws and also the external cruciate ligament split and stretched. The best thing I found. I have not had to have hyaluronic acid infiltration again.
Llevo años tomando este producto y seguiré indefinidamente con esta combinación. Mis rodillas parecen tener 20 años menos desde el mes de comenzar a tomarlo. Tengo reconstrucción de una de ellas con 2 injertos de hueso y varios tornillos y además el ligamento cruzado externo partido y estirado. Lo mejor que encontre. No he vuelto a tener que infiltrarme acido hialurónico.

Tablets are difficult to swallow
I did not like this tablet format because it is hard to swallow. Apart from this detail, I am in that phase of the definition in which you have to pull with less weight because the joints hurt and it has not helped me much to reduce the discomfort. I prefer the powder format for this type of supplement.
No me ha gustado este formato en tableta porque cuesta de tragar. A parte de este detalle, estoy esa fase de la definición en la que hay que tirar con menos peso porque duelen las articulaciones y no me ha ayudado mucho a reducir las molestias.
Prefiero el formato en polvo para este tipo de suplementos.
