To pamper our joints
I bought it because my joint problems (especially in knee and elbows) sometimes spoiled my workouts and the truth is that I am satisfied with the result. I have waited a few weeks to give my opinion to check its effects and the truth is that the improvement is noticeable. My knee, despite more or less demanding leg workouts, has not resented or inflamed as it used to do usually. The pills are somewhat large but in my case I have no problem with it. The truth is that I am happy with the result and I think I will incorporate it permanently to my supplementation.
Lo compré porque mis problemas de articulaciones (sobre todo en rodilla y codos) a veces estropeaban mis entrenamientos y la verdad es que estoy satisfecho con el resultado. He esperado unas semanas para dar mi opinión para comprobar sus efectos y la verdad es que se nota la mejoría. Mi rodilla, pese a entrenos de piernas más o menos exigentes, no se ha resentido ni inflamado como solía hacer habitualmente. Las pastillas son algo grandes pero en mi caso no tengo problema con ello. La verdad es que estoy contento con el resultado y creo que lo voy a incorporar de forma permanente a mi suplementación.

Somewhat short
It contains the supplements associated with joint improvement, important for not suffering from discomfort in the knees or elbows. To put some downside I see something short of glucosamine sulfate and the roll of having to take it 3 times a day, I know that it is better in 3 shots but it is still a pain.
Contiene los complementos asociados a la mejora articular, importante para no padecer molestias en las rodillas o codos. Por poner alguna pega lo veo algo corto de sulfato de glucosamina y el rollo de tener que tomarlo 3 veces al día, se que así es mejor en 3 tomas pero no deja de ser un coñazo.
