I bought it to try to alleviate some joint pain and it does seem to have some impact on it. I will continue to take it in the long term to see what its benefit is.

Joint pain decreases.
Taking two or three a day the joint pain decreases after a few days requires regular intake because when you discontinue it the pains may recur. It is possible that continued use for a very extended period i.e., at least a year will then provide longer lasting results this is my experience over time with this type of active ingredient here in a very practical and in my opinion valid formula.
Assumendone due o tre al giorno il dolore articolare diminuisce dopo alcuni giorni richiede un'assunzione regolare perché quando lo si sospende i dolori possono ripresentarsi. È possibile che un uso continuato per un periodo molto esteso cioè di almeno un anno garantisca poi dei risultati più duraturi questa è la mia esperienza nel tempo con questo tipo di principi attivi qui in una formula molto pratica e secondo me valida.
