I value the combination.
I used to take these three elements separately, I am pleased that they have united them in a single product, I do notice that they improve the pain in my knees (I am a runner). The only downside is that the tablet is fatty and hard to swallow, I recommend splitting it in two.
Tomaba estos tres elementos por separado, celebro que los hayan unido en un solo producto, sí lo noto que mejoran los dolores de las rodillas (soy runner). La única pega es que la pastilla es gordota y cuesta mucho tragarla, recomiendo dividir en dos.
