Significant improvement
My boyfriend is a bodybuilder and uses them to help with recovery after training. I have scoliosis and weak nails but since taking them I have less back problems and my nails are much stronger.

I have problems with osteoarthritis in the fingers of my hands and I notice that it has improved my mobility and pain. The only downside is that I would prefer it to be in capsules, for me they are easier to swallow.
