It works
I started taking it for knee and shoulder problems. And it seems to be a little noticeable. It is not miraculous, but it does something. Its price is a little expensive, so I buy it separately and it lasts longer.
Lo empecé a tomar por problemas en rodilla y hombro. Y parece que se nota un poco. No es milagroso, pero algo hace. Su precio un poco caro, por eso lo compro ya por separado y me dura más tiempo.

Initially I bought it for my mother who suffers from arthrosis, its components are well studied and according to her words she feels much better in her legs taking them, after her comments I am also taking them and my legs are not so uncomfortable at the joint level. Easy to take, tasteless.
