I take it along with glycine (also from HSN) and since then no joint pain problems (disclaimer, I do not take collagen supplements). I'm over 50 years old and I keep raising my MRIs. A saint's hand. As a point to improve, it would be nice if it were served in larger capacity containers (150g is too small for me, although it is true that it lasts a lot).
Lo tomo junto con glicina (también de HSN) y desde entonces nada de problemas de dolores en articulaciones (aclaración, no tomo suplementos de colágeno). Tengo más de 50 años y sigo subiendo mis RM. Mano de santo. Como punto a mejorar, estaría bien que se sirviera en envases de mayor capacidad (150g se me hace muy pequeño, aunque es cierto que dura un montón).

Dosage could be improved
Mixed with flavorings or drinks that are acidic, it takes well. The dosage is complicated, since measuring 0.3g with a 0.5 scoop, given how small it is, is never going to be accurate, it would be interesting if they offered a scoop of this size. I use a micro-scoop, but convenience should be a priority.
