With frequent immune system infections and possibly a damaged thyroid as well, I need plenty of supplements to feel alive. Cysteine has helped me regain my body temperature and be more upbeat. Although B12 took the oldness out of my face 2 years ago (I had low red blood cells), cysteine has also rejuvenated me. I take it with juice.
