Powerful antioxidant, it has many functions, it works well as a mucolytic and it has improved my menstruation process (I have very strong cramps) helping me to reduce pain (it works at an inflammatory level). I have only been taking it for a short time but I have noticed its improving effects. It has a strange taste but I mix it with some red fruit juice and I don't notice anything.
