I always ask for these proteins because it comes in handy for making desserts and sweet fitnes since they have no flavor and it is perfect. To take as a shake I do not recommend it because it is very milky and having no flavor it seems that you are taking flour with water, but they are perfect for mixing with flavored oatmeal and make protein pancakes. It is not the first time I buy them and of course not the last.
Siempre pido estas proteínas porque me viene bien para hacer postres y dulces fitnes ya que no tienen sabor y es perfecto. Para tomar como batido no lo recomiendo ya que es muy lechoso y al no tener sabor parece que estas tomando harina con agua, pero son perfectas para mezclar con avena de sabores y hacer tortitas proteicas. No es la primera vez que las compro y por supuesto tampoco la última.
