Essential supplement

I love the Raw series, I chose the neutral so I can mix it with fruit, cocoa or anything else to change the taste to my liking. It dissolves very well and does not create problems when it comes to digestion. A must in my supplementation. I usually take it after training to recover.

Me encanta la serie Raw, elegí el neutro así puedo mezclarlo con fruta, cacao o cualquier otra cosa para cambiar a mi gusto el sabor. Se disuelve muy bien y no crea problemas a la hora de la digestión. Un imprescindible de mi suplementación. Suelo tomarlo después del entreno para recuperarme.

Essential protein

Personally, I prefer MPI (Milk Protein Isolate) to WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), due to the combination of both proteins (casein and whey), which help in the muscle building process for a longer period of time and help satiety. In addition, it dissolves much better than WPI and, although irrelevant, the amount of salt in this protein is much lower, something I appreciate. Recommended

Personalmente, prefiero el MPI (Milk Protein Isolate) al WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), debido a la combinación de ambas proteinas (caseína y suero), que ayudan en el proceso de creación muscular durante un mayor plazo y ayudan a la saciedad. Además, se disuelve mucho mejor que la WPI y, aunque sea irrelevante, la cantidad de sal que lleva esta proteína es mucho menor, algo que agradezco. Recomendado

I like it a lot, my nutritionist sent it to me and the truth is that it is great for mixing. It has no flavor, so I recommend that you use it with flavoring or in cakes.

Me gusta mucho, me lo mandó mi nutrí y la verdad es que para mezclar está genial. Eso sí no tiene sabor, así que recomiendo que lo utilices con saborizante o en bizcochos.

Good taste

I like the taste it has when you mix it with milk, with the HSN shaker it mixes very well. I feel great, it doesn't give me a stomach ache or anything...

No sweetener or anything extra, neutral flavor. Excellent to combine. It costs a little more to mix it than another but it is not a problem.
