Well

I chose it for simplicity, and in that it fulfills, although I think there are better alternatives. If you need or want to take a weight gainer I think you can take different products separately and make it more to your liking: flour, prot, vitamins ... and complete with some amino acids.

Lo elegí por simplicidad, y en eso cumple, aunque creo que hay mejores alternativas. Si necesitas o quieres tomar un ganador de peso creo que puedes coger distintos productos por separado y hacerlo mas a tu gusto: harina, protes, vitaminas... y completar con algunos aminoácidos.

Very good

The Vanilla is very good and the consistency of the shake, according to the quantities recommended by the manufacturer, is quite creamy. The only bad thing is the closing system of the bag....something to improve. At the moment, testing to see if it is effective.

El de Vainilla está muy bueno y la consistencia del batido, según las cantidades recomendadas por el fabricante, que bastante cremoso. Lo único malo, es el sistema de cierre de la bolsa....algo a mejorar. De momento, probando a ver si efectividad.
