I bought the 500 and I don't digest it very well, so don't risk it. I have tried both and the chocolate hazelnut and chocolate with cookies flavors are very good.

It's the first time I try it but I think it's a good product because in a couple of weeks I'm noticing that I'm gaining a little more weight. The chocolate flavor is good, it tastes like real chocolate.
