I took two flavors, both very tasty (strawberry and white chocolate-lemon). However, I hardly noticed any weight gain during the two months I took it. Of course these products are not miraculous, so I accompanied it with good nutrition and training, but I kept the same weight.
Cogí dos sabores, ambos muy ricos (fresa y chocolate blanco-limon). Sin embargo apenas he apreciado ganancia de peso durante los dos meses que lo tomé. Por supuesto estos productos no don milagrosos, por eso lo acompañé de buena alimentación y entrenamiento, pero mantuve el mismo peso
