excellent super creamy casein
I tried the crema catalana flavor and use it to make puddings with almond milk, just mix one scoop with 80 ml of milk and let it sit in the refrigerator. If I want to change the taste I also add a scoop of powdered flavoring. The basic taste is light tastes almost like vanilla but I like it that way because I can modify it as I want. Too bad only the pack that doesn't close well sometimes
Ho provato il gusto crema catalana e la uso per fare dei budini con latte di mandorla, basta mescolare un misurino con 80 ml di latte e far riposare in frigo. Se voglio cambiare gusto aggiungo anche un misurino di aroma in polvere. Il gusto di base é leggero sa quasi di vaniglia ma a me piace cosi perche posso modificarlo come voglio. Peccato solo il pack che non chiude bene a volte
