Good flavor and texture.
I tried the chocolate hazelnut flavor and it reminds me a bit of Nutella. It is not at all cloying since casein is less sweet than whey. Ideal texture for making mousse, I have not tried it in smoothies. I usually put it in the fridge for a few minutes to make it look like ice cream. Protein satiating and quite digestive. Recommended for the evening.

I have tried several flavors and they are all super good. The cappuccino is one of my favorites. It dissolves perfectly and has little balls that taste like coffee that give it an exquisite touch. I usually have it for dinner, mixed with whipped cream cheese and homemade kefir with a touch of cinnamon on top, a couple of hours in the freezer and I do not complicate cooking at night. Simple and delicious.
