I buy casein and take it before going to bed because they say it's the best because it's slowly absorbed. What is certain is that I manage to make some gains because I have an accelerated metabolism. I've had a few flavors (creamy milk, cappuccino, chocolate) and they've all been pleasant, I just didn't like the cotton candy that made the shake too frothy.
