Good for adding calories
I use it before training and to get some more calories daily. With the current offer is the best price I saw online, I took the opportunity to buy several packages of 3kg. You can take 100 grams in a large glass of water without the taste of it making you feel sick to your stomach. Good buy as long as they keep the price. One thing I don't like is having to beg for measuring scoops at checkout.
Lo uso antes de entrenar y para meter algo más de calorías diarias. Con la oferta vigente es el mejor precio que vi por internet, aproveché para comprar varios paquetes de 3kg. Se pueden tomar 100 gramos en un vaso grande de agua sin que empalague el sabor ni que siente mal al estomago. Buena compra mientras mantengan el precio. Algo que no me gusta es tener que mendigar cazos medidores al tramitar la compra.
