The perfect carbohydrate

I bought it a little blindly looking for a substitute for Gofio or Oatmeal for smoothies, I must say that it must be one of the best I've bought on the web. It dissolves practically by itself, has a low glycemic index, gives long lasting energy, does not cause cavities, serves to sweeten anything, is prebiotic, no digestion problems, and the price is pretty good for what it is.

Lo compré un poco a ciegas buscando un sustituto del Gofio o Avena para los batidos, debo decir que debe ser de lo mejor que he comprado en la web. Se disuelve prácticamente solo, tiene un índice glucémico bajo, da energía de forma prolongada, no provoca caries, sirve para endulzar cualquier cosa, es prebiótico, sin problemas de digestión, y el precio es bastante bueno para lo que es.

Effective and economical

I was recommended to take the palatinose together with the maltodextrin and I have done so. Much cheaper than buying everything already mixed and its effectiveness is good. The neutral taste is not really strange, it just adds a touch of sweetness to my taste. The type of fasteners should be improved, the velcro type ones are easier to use.

Me recomendaron tomar la palatinosa junto a la maltodextrina y así lo he hecho. Mucho más económico que comprar todo mezclado ya y su efectividad es buena. El sabor neutro la verdad que no se nota raro, solo aporta para mi gusto un toque dulce. El tipo de los cierres sí que deberían mejorarse, los que son tipo velcro son mas fáciles de usar.

It dissolves very well. It does not leave sediment in the drum. Flavorless, it does not alter the taste if mixed with other products. I also use it as a recovery when mixed with soy protein isolate.

Su disolución es muy buena. No deja posos en el bidón. Sin sabor, no altera el sabor si mezclas con otros productos. Lo utilizo también como recovery al mezclarlo con proteína aislada de soja.

Quite good.

I use it a lot to sweeten things like yogurts and such. It's a little uncomfortable that it seems like it melts if it gets too much air but it works great.

Lo utilizo mucho para endulzar cosas como yogures o así. Es un poco incómodo que parece como que se derrite si le da mucho el aire pero funciona muy bien.
