I always buy the white chocolate one because after training I like to give myself that sweet treat and it is very good, the macros are good, although the only blemish I would put would be that I would like it to come in a plastic jar as in the old days and not in these bags.

High quality proteins, they dissolve perfectly with the Shaker in both water and milk. I have tried the chocolate flavor and the white chocolate flavor, I prefer the white chocolate which is very successful, although both flavors are very good.
