It is the most successful flavor because it is not heavy. I use it for smoothies but also for pancakes and it works great. For gastrointestinal problems it is also good because it does not give gas.

I use it to make protein pastries (white chocolate) and it turns out very well. Normally I used to use soy protein but this one has a denser texture and it's harder for me to adjust quantities.

I tried the salted caramel flavor, and although it dissolves well and feels good to my stomach, the taste is very sweet, which makes me quite sickly. I'm happy, but a 10 would be a more natural flavor and not so artificial.
