Great tasting protein
I used to take the Evolate protein, also from HSN, but now I've decided to take this more economical one. It has a little less protein than Evolate, but you can take another shake a day to cover your needs. I still have to take it for a while to know if it is more effective or less, but I am delighted with the purchase. Banana flavor, very rich with milk, looks like an American restaurant shake.
Antes tomaba la proteína Evolate, también de HSN, ahora me he decidido por esta algo más económica. Tiene un poco menos de proteína que la Evolate, pero puedes tomarte otro batido al día para cubrir tus necesidades. Aún tengo que tomarla un tiempo para saber si es más efectiva o menos, pero estoy encantado con la compra. Sabor plátano, muy rico con leche, parece un batido de restaurante americano.

I have tried proteins of different brands, but I like this one the best because it is easy to dissolve and does not leave lumps, I take it with water, I also use it for baking. It is true that the flavor is good but sweet, although it depends on each person what they like.
