My trusted proteins
I have been consuming these proteins for some time now along with my gym routine about 3-4 times a week and I am very happy with the results as well as with the taste and solubility in water or milk. I quite liked the banoffee flavor and recently I have tried melon yogurt and I was quite surprised, a perfect flavor for summer.
Llevo ya tiempo consumiendo estas proteínas acompañado de rutina de gimnasio unas 3-4 veces por semana y estoy muy contento con los resultados así como con el sabor y la solubilidad que tiene en agua o leche. El sabor banoffee me gustó bastante y recientemente he probado yogur melón y me ha sorprendido bastante, un sabor perfecto para verano.

I especially recommend the white chocolate flavor, very rich both in shake and added to the whipped cream cheese, I add blueberries or raspberries on top and it is exquisite.
