Good quality protein, not heavy and easy to digest. It dissolves well in water, yogurt or vegetable drinks, I recommend adding the scoop and a little bit of whatever you are going to take it with and keep stirring and gradually keep adding, especially if it is cold. I ordered this white chocolate-lemon flavor and it's great, just the right amount of sweetness and with yogurt and incredible fruit.
Proteína de buena calidad, no es pesada y fácil de digerir. Se disuelve bien en agua, con yogur o bebidas vegetales, recomiendo echar el scoop y un poquito de con lo que lo vayas a tomar e ir removiendo y poco a poco seguir echando, sobre todo si es en frío. Pedí este sabor chocolate blanco- limón y está buenísimo, dulce lo justo y con yogur y fruta increíble.
