Very beneficial
I had taken spirulina in pills, but this format, although it can be somewhat cumbersome, I prefer it to be pure and get all its benefits without anti-caking agents or other undesirable ingredients. Regarding its taste, it is peculiar but I don't dislike it, plus it is easily masked in yogurts, drinks, smoothies, etc.
Había tomado espirulina en pastillas, pero este formato, aunque puede resultar algo engorroso, lo prefiero al ser pura y obtener todos sus beneficios sin antiaglomerantes u otros ingredientes poco deseables. Respecto a su sabor, es peculiar pero no me desagrada, además de que es fácilmente enmascarable en yogures, bebidas, batidos, etc.
