Helps to lose weight.

Very good to calm food anxiety, I've been taking it for a month and I eat much less and I have lost weight. The first day I took it with water and I didn't like it at all, with juice it goes well.

Muy bueno para calmar la ansiedad por la comida, llevo un mes tomándolo y como mucho menos y he perdido peso. El primer día lo tome con agua y no me gustó nada, con zumo se toma bien.

Good product

It is a high quality product, the packaging is as usual, closes well. It arrived the next day. It is a product with many qualities and benefits, you should look for a lot of scientific information of each product you want to use, but the HSN product is of very high quality. It dilutes not very easily, but I recommend to dilute it with a little hot liquid and take it while stirring it. I recommend the product and of course purchased at HSN.

Es un producto de gran calidad, el envase es el de siempre, se cierra bien. Llegó al día siguiente. Es un producto con muchas cualidades y beneficios, se debe buscar mucha información científica de cada producto que queramos utilizar, pero el de HSN es de muy alta calidad. Se diluye con no mucha facilidad, pero recomiendo hacerlo con líquido un poquito caliente y tomarlo moviéndolo. Recomiendo el producto y por supuesto comprado en HSN

I love its health benefits

I would not buy it

I find the taste very unpleasant, reminiscent of turtle food, and so far I have not noticed any improvement from taking it. It also stains so much that it makes it difficult to handle.

El sabor me resulta muy desagradable, recuerda a comida de tortugas, y de momento no he apreciado mejoría por tomarlo. Además mancha tanto que lo hace difícil de manejar.

Great

I have been asking for it for years and it is one of the best, I take 2gr per shot with water, the taste depends on each one, I don't dislike it, it is better to put it in a small bottle because it stains like coal.

Llevo años pidiéndola y es de lo mejor va muy bien, yo tomo 2gr por toma con agua, el sabor eso ya depende de cada uno a mi no me disgusta, eso si mejor echarlo en un bote pequeño por que mancha como el carbón.
