Better than capsules
In powder form it is better for me to dose as I like. It stains a little but if you don't spread it all over, nothing that doesn't go away with water.

Magnificent antioxidant
I have been taking Spirulina as a food supplement for more than 10 years, a great source of protein and very complete vitamins. Also a very high value as an antioxidant and heavy metal remover. I recommend it.

The order arrived as usual, very fast and it is what I expected. It has an intense flavor and smell, but it does stain a lot, it is the only problem, and I prefer it in capsules for another occasion. For its nutritional contribution and its great benefits, an excellent product.
