It works very well for me, as it has no taste it is not cloying and you can mix it with water, juices, with whatever you want. You don't get bored, you can crush a fruit, it depends if you want to drink it before training, after, etc. First thing in the morning I put it with juice to have a little extra boost, at noon depending on the season with water, and when it's time in the evening I usually crush a fruit and that's cool because it's like a different smoothie whenever you can with fruit in season. Also in that bag you are contributing to waste less packaging.
A mí me va muy bien, al no tener sabor no empalaga y la puedes mezclar con agua, zumos, con lo que quieras. No te aburres, le puedes triturar una fruta, depende si la quieres tomar antes del entreno, después, etc. A primera hora de la mañana me la pongo con zumo para tener un poco de empuje extra, al medio día dependiendo de la época con agua, y cuando toca por la noche me suelo triturar una fruta y eso mola porque es como un batido diferente siempre que puedes con fruta de al temporada. Además en esa bolsa lo cierto es que estás contribuyendo a gastar menos envases.
