Good option to reach your daily protein needs, when through food is not possible, or to improve the quality of breakfasts, snacks, appetizers or lunches, pre or post release. I personally recommend the neutral flavor to take it with yogurt and/or milk and add yourself other ingredients to flavor it if you prefer. Good digestion. Does not create many lumps and can be removed with a spoon or blender (I do not use a shaker).

Personalmente recomiendo el sabor neutro para tomarlo con yogur y/o leche y añadir tu mismo otros ingredientes para darle sabor si lo prefieres. Buena digestión. No crea muchos grumos y se pueden quitar con una cuchara o batidora. (No uso "shaker").
