I have decided for the unflavored protein isolate because it contains the highest percentage of protein per serving and I can add it to shakes, coffee, yogurts... without changing the taste. After testing it for a few months I can say that it is of exceptional quality, feels great in the stomach, does not give gas and nutritionally helps me to reach the protein requirements I need. I take it after training, mixed with coffee and it is great, dissolves great (except when the coffee is hot, which is some lumps) and if you take it alone is also very rich (tastes like buttermilk, so maybe at first the taste is difficult, but I particularly love it, so no problems, and if you do not like it then mix it with coffee or yogurt and ready). I will buy it again, it is one of my basics.
Me he decidido por la proteína isolada sin sabor porque es la que más porcentaje de proteína contiene por toma y así puedo añadirla a batidos, café, yogures...sin que me cambie el sabor. Después de probarla unos meses puedo decir que es de una calidad excepcional, sienta estupendamente en el estómago, no da gases y nutricionalmente me ayuda a llegar a los requerimientos de proteína que necesito. Yo la tomo después de entrenar, mezclada con el café y está estupenda, se disuelve genial (salvo cuando el café está caliente, que queda algún grumito) y si la tomas sola también está muy rica (sabe a suero de leche, por lo que igual al principio el sabor cuesta, pero a mí particularmente me encanta, así que sin problemas, y si no te gusta pues lo mezclas con el café o el yogurt y listo). Volveré a comprarla, es unos de mis básicos.
