The best on the market.
Undoubtedly the best Omega3 supplement on the market. In my case (180cm, 90kg) I take 3 a day after each meal. I recommend storing it in the refrigerator, since it is an oil and keeps better.

Multiple benefits.
Omega3 is one of those trace elements essential for the proper functioning of the body. The high price of fresh fish has meant that in our Mediterranean diet we eat less and less fresh fish. In my particular case, I suffer from a genetic dysfunction that makes the gastric process of vegetable fats difficult. I combine this Omega3 with inositol, recommended by my nutritionist.
El Omega3 es uno de esos oligoelementos fundamentales para el buen funcionamiento del organismo. El alto precio del pescado fresco ha hecho que en nuestra dieta mediterránea cada vez tomemos menos pescado fresco. Comfortable to drink.
Since I do not consume enough oily fish, I find this presentation very convenient and practical. I have not noticed any side effects such as heartburn or upset stomach, as with any similar product. I recommend it.
