Excellent omega 3.
I have been taking Omega 3 from HSN for less than a month and I must say that I have been surprised by the quality of the capsules, they are easy to take and the best thing is that they do not repeat, I had problems with other brands that had a fishy taste. I don't eat fish of any kind and taking omega provides me with Omega contribution to my organism.
Hace menos de un mes que estoy tomando Omega 3 de HSN y debo decir que me ha sorprendido la calidad de las cápsulas, se pueden tomar con facilidad y lo mejor es que no repite, tenía problemas con otras marcas que me venía el sabor a pescado. No como pescado de ningún tipo y tomarlo me proporciona aporte de Omega a mi organismo .

I have been taking omega 3 supplements for more than a year now, I have noticed a lot less mood swings compared to my period, and my skin is better hydrated. This year my skin on my legs is no longer cracking. I would assume it is due to this supplement. And price-wise, HSN is one of the best value for money, if not, go to a physical store and you will see for yourself.
Llevo más de un año tomando suplementos de omega 3, he notado mucha disminución de cambios de humor respecto a la regla, y mi piel va mejor hidratada. Este año ya no se me cuartea la piel de las piernas. Podría asumir que es debido a este suplemento. Y de precio, HSN es de lo mejor en calidad-precio, si no, ve a una tienda física y lo comprobarás.
