Good value for money.
Similar to other creatine monohydrate on the market but bought on sale the price is excellent. I consume it directly in a glass of water. Over time it tends to form clumps but they break down just as well when poured in water.
Similar a otras creatinas monohidrato del mercado pero comprada en oferta el precio es excelente. Yo la consumo directamente en un vaso de agua. Con el tiempo tiende a formar pegotes pero se deshacen igualmente a echarlos en agua.
