Good creatine. However, I didn't like that it was only filtered through a 200 mesh filter. It feels like I'm not drinking a creatine drink but a sand drink because the grains are too big. It would be best if it was filtered through a 1000 mesh filter, then there would be no grains and it would work amazingly well with water.
Gutes Kreatin. Mir gefiel jedoch nicht, dass es nur durch einen 200-Mesh-Filter gefiltert wurde. Es fühlt sich an, als würde ich kein Kreatingetränk, sondern ein Sandgetränk trinken, weil die Körner zu groß sind. Am besten wäre es, wenn es durch einen 1000-Mesh-Filter gefiltert würde, dann gäbe es keine Körner und es würde mit Wasser erstaunlich gut funktionieren.

Although I have seen that HSN recommends 3.5g daily dose, I have been reading that perhaps the optimum for sports performance is 5g, so I will try this last dose because with 3.5g I did not notice improvements. Still, price and product type of 10.
