Great product at a great price
I have been taking creatine daily for a couple of months now, and so far I am very satisfied with the results. I notice a greater capacity for recovery after exercise, and faster muscle development than before taking it. It's not a miracle product, and if you don't accompany it with a good training routine it won't do any good, but it does speed up your results and help you perform better.
Llevo un par de meses tomando a diario creatina, y por ahora estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. Me noto una mayor capacidad de recuperación tras el ejercicio, y un desarrollo muscular más rápido que antes de tomarla. No es un producto milagroso, y si no lo acompañas de una buena rutina de entrenamiento no servirá para nada, pero sí que consigue acelerar los resultados y ayudarte a rendir más.
